Cinthia

Registered Dental Assistant

Cinthia attended a Dental Assisting Program early on in High School and started working in the dental field since 2019. Cinthia is bilingual, enjoys working on patients, as well as learning new aspects of dentistry along the way! She feels it's rewarding to see how happy patients are with their treatment they receive and the outcome of Dr. Olszewski's hard work! 

Her hobbies outside of the dental office include spending time with friends & family, traveling, baking, and watching Netflix.

Leah

Registered Dental Hygienist

Leah started her dental career as a dental assistant and later decided to further her dental education by becoming a dental hygienist and graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2003. She is devoted to educating patients on their individual needs to obtain good oral hygiene and is quick to make patients feel at ease by building trust and confidence which makes patients feel comfortable.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends and loves traveling. 

Mallory

Registered Dental Hygienist

Mallory graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2014, and has been practicing dental hygiene full time for the last 11 years. She prides herself on her open communication styl and gentle clinical touch, bringing humor and compassion to your dental cleaning experience. 

Mallory is married with 6 year old boy girl twins, a dog, cat, tropical fish, and 5 chickens in the backyard. She is also a self described "plant lady" and always has plants in her operatory to make her work space more inviting and homey. She loves animals and people equally and enjoys getting to know her patients. As a person who has a lot of dental work herself, she will never judge you, and wants to know what is important to you and what your priorities are for your teeth and overall health.

Sasha

Financial-Insurance Coordinator

Sasha started her dental career working as a dental assistant for several years and graduated from a dental assisting school in 2005. She joined Mill Creek General Dentistry in 2022, and has enjoyed working with Dr. Olszewski and all her talented, amazing colleagues. Sasha is our dedicated Financial and Insurance Coordinator, and is commited to make sure your experience goes smooth, and stress free. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, she specializes in simplifying complex insurance plans while creating clear, transparent communication, help you navigate your financial options, and answer any questions or concerns you many have.

Outside the office, She enjoys spending time with family & friends, going on traveling adventures, exploring new hiking trails, and is a huge animal lover with 2 awesome fur babies named Mylo Mo and Chanel Balenciaga. 

Alejandra

Scheduling-Patient Care Coordinator

Alejandra is our Patient Care Coordinator at Mill Creek General Dentistry, and she joined the dental field in 2020. She is bilingual and passionate about creating a welcoming and effecient enviroment for our patients. From scheduling appointments, managing our hygiene recall, answering any questions or concerns, communicate clearly and effectivley with our patients to ensure a smooth experience. Her goal is to provide exceptional patient care and make sure your dental visit is an awesome experience. 

Outside of work, She enjoys spending time with family, exploring new resturants, and she loves exploring new adventures with her 6 year old daughter Renata. She is excited to be a part of the Mill Creek General Dentistry Team and look forward to serving you and your family.
